OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

To provide the highest standard of service of food and drink to guests. To ensure that the restaurant is kept both clean and attractive. To ensure that all Health & Safety standards requirements are met.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Have a good knowledge of all food and drink products served in the restaurants
• To ensure that all food and drink is dispensed in the correct manner and to the highest standard
• Ensure the guests receive friendly and personalized service
• Deal with any food items that do not meet Company specification, by liaising with kitchen staff and bringing the matter to managements' attention
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met
• Work in an expedient manner

Job requirements:

• Ideally with a minimum of one year experience working in a fast paced restaurant doing table service
• You have a can-do attitude
• Great communication skills

• A positive attitude
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• A passion for people and delivering exceptional service
