Waiting Staff

•  Â£10.00 per hour, plus tips
• 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 - 7 day operation mainly evenings and weekends

We are BaxterStorey, an independent hospitality food service provider operating in the UK, Ireland and Europe specialising in restaurants, cafes, deli bars and exclusive dining rooms for clients and customers in business and industry.

One of the world’s great concert halls, specialising in chamber and instrumental music, early music and song, you will be responsible for the operation of the restaurant and bar in this iconic building. At full capacity the theatre has 552 customers who have the opportunity to enjoy lunch and dinner before the concert they are attending.

You will be working in a team of 5, restaurant A la carte service of approximately 60 covers and fully licensed bar for pre-concert and interval drinks alongside a bar menu offer. There is also often evening drinks and canape receptions and sit-down meals.

What would we like from our Waiting Staff member?

• Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Numerate, counting cash may be required
• Good organisation skills
• Reliable and able to work well within a team
• Bar experience is useful but not essential

WaitingStaff member requirements:

• Serve drinks at a busy bar operation
• Provide table service in our A la Carte restaurant
• Keep areas and service counters clean and fully stocked
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
• Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers
