We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who will play a key role in partnering with the business and collaborate across the Talent Acquisition function. You will develop hiring strategies that meet business demands, lead a team recruiters and support managers to ensure we hire future talent with a great candidate experience!
The Team
You will establish and ensure delivery of outstanding, business unit specific recruiting strategies and solutions. You will provide thoughtful leadership and collaborate with leaders to address recruiting needs, with a particular focus on standard methodologies and evolving market trends. You will also develop groundbreaking recruiting strategies sought at attracting and acquiring a diverse pool of candidates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
The Expertise You Have
10+ years proven success in recruiting, sales or client management, with a focus on creative sourcing/business development for emerging skills
Confirmed leadership and people management experience
Shown independence, ability to learn and try new methods and recover from failures quickly by having learned something from the experience

Your ability to think strategically and pragmatically in order to implement and deliver a human capital recruiting strategy
Outstanding advising, communication, project management and influencing skills
Your strong customer orientation with a goal of delivering a “wow†experience to clients and candidates
You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to form relationship with individuals at all levels of the organization
You optimally apply your analytical and critical thinking skills to drive insight and decision making
You are a leader with strong facilitation skills who can communicate your vision clearly to others.

Serve as relationship manager to lead, coordinate and integrate all aspects of the recruiting strategy within a business unit
Leading and coordinating thought leadership with internal partners including but not limited to: diversity, internal mobility, international and experienced hiring
Partnering with senior leaders across the firm to define and implement global recruiting strategy that is consistent with the firm’s overall strategic objectives.
Providing coaching and mentorship to your team in order for them to reach their full potential
Ensuring workflows and workloads are balanced across the team, and implementing measures to track results.
Develop and drive talent sourcing and acquisition strategies to ensure diverse talent pools.
