The Expertise We’re Looking For

Equity compensation knowledge and expertise

Bachelor’s Degree

Series 7 and Series 63 required (able to acquire within 90 days of hire)

Minimum 7 years related product/ proven experience

Approximately 25% travel requirement

The Purpose of Your Role

You will partner with Account Executives, Managing Directors and Product & Service Consultants to win new Stock Plan Services clients. You will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a client’s equity compensation requirement requirements for participants and plan sponsors. This includes reviewing 10ks and plan documents for single or multi-product requests and successfully demonstrating Fidelity’s solutions during the sales or re-bid processes. The role will consult to position our product offering to meet the client needs.

This role relies heavily upon your knowledge of SPS products, technology, services, and processes. The ideal candidate has ability to think strategically, advise clients, and collaborate with internal business partners. Success in this position will be dependent upon excellent knowledge of equity compensation and benefits industry, SPS standard product offerings, and key competitors’ product offerings. We are looking for someone with a consistent record of success in selling product solutions to prospects and clients.

The Value You Deliver

Helping to grow the Stock Plan Services business as we expand our capabilities and market reach

Performing strategic analyses on behalf of clients and prospects to identify fit and potential service model issues which may require exception management.

Performing detailed plan document review for potential new business relationships and detailing standard & non-standard product/ service requirements.

Owning internal exception approval process steps to find proven solutions.

Providing subject matter expertise on equity compensation issues during the sales/ rebid process.

Owning the integrity of final RFP responses and ensuring that our team of Account Executives understand the solution being offered.

Consulting with prospective clients and representing the Fidelity value proposition as part of the broader solution offering.

Representing the voice of the customer/market to influence product roadmap

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:

$100,000 – $180,000

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
