The Vice President, Business Planning will play a central role in establishing the key strategic priorities and initiatives for all lines of business and regions across Consumer Products, Games and Publishing (CPGP). The Vice President will partner with key leaders and stakeholders globally to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities, informed by deep qualitative and quantitative analyses. Those opportunities will include new business models, operating models, products and experiences, and other potential areas to drive long-term sustainable growth. The Vice President will be responsible for managing CPGP’s annual Five-Year Plan process as well as the development of CPGP’s Five-Year Plan. Additionally and critically, this role will be responsible for leading the broader Business Planning team, including managing and deploying resources appropriately.
