Advisory Services group operates within our Personal Investing business unit. We are leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, family conversations, portfolio guidance, brokerage, and many other financial products and services. We believe in building relationships, not just in building sales or building our assets. After all, our clients will place their investments, their savings, and their futures in our hands.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience

10+ years of management experience (Sales management experience preferred)

FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66 licenses are essential; 9, 10 is highly preferred or able to obtain within 120 days

The Skills You Bring

Demonstrated leadership, relationship building and client management skills

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Possess a proven track record of success in associate development and business results

Exhibit effective strategic thinking, negotiation, and planning skills

The Value You Deliver

Contribute to the development, communication, and execution of business goal

Communicate key concepts/areas (business results, operations, quality, and the customer experience) and how they affect the business in both the short and long-term

Drive complex and specialized projects involving multiple constraints where analysis of data requires a review of factors and the development of solutions

Create a culture where remote employees feel empowered to exceed customer expectations and retention goals through extraordinary quality, service, and efficiency

Develop in-depth knowledge of Fidelity and PWI products, service capabilities, and positioning in order to effectively guide daily operations

Drive accountability for results through policies/procedures, risk management, staffing, and other business processes and identify opportunities for business improvement

Prioritize staff workload and manage expenses, productivity, and quality

We believe in being #DifferentTogether. Fidelity’s nine affinity groups are self-organized groups of employees with common interests in areas such as race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, or who share similar interests based on similar sets of experiences who come together to create a positive, inclusive workplace for all employees. We continuously strive for a diverse and inclusive workplace where we respect and value our associates for their unique perspectives and experiences.

COVID work policy

Safety is our top priority, so this role will be fully remote for the short term.  Once we can be together in person with fewer safety measures, this role will move to our dynamic working approach. You'll be spending some of your time onsite depending on the nature and needs of your role.

Dynamic working – post pandemic

Our aim is to combine the best of working offsite with coming together in person. For most teams this means a consistent balance of working from home and office that supports the needs of your role, experience level, and working style.

Your success and growth is important to us, so you’ll want to enjoy the benefits of coming together in person – face to face learning and training, quality time with your manager and teammates, building your career network, making friends, and taking full advantage of cultural and social experiences Fidelity provides for you.
