Job Purpose:

Responsibility for the planning & tracking of Finance integration activities between legacy O2 and VM. Working with the wider business to understand the support needed from Finance. Providing recommendations for activity prioritisation to maximise success

Key Accountabilities:

• Production of finance integration roadmaps and plans in conjunction with other stakeholders
• Tracking integration activity against plans & communication of progress to relevant stakeholders
• Working with other divisions to understand key incoming dependencies for Finance and shaping the best way to deliver for VMO2 wider gain
• Understanding resource availability to carry out concurrent projects
• Prioritisation of initiatives to optimise best outcomes for VMO2
• Getting involved with other finance transformation projects, as required

The must haves:

• Qualified accountant, or seasoned finance professional
• Strategic thinker who also has the ability to focus on the detail
• Strong understanding of different areas of finance and how they interact
• Highly organised & comfortable within ambiguous, fast moving landscapes
• Strong communication skills including, but not limited to the production and delivery of high-quality presentations
• Be a change catalyst and make things happen
