A Store Security Associate provides outstanding customer service to each customer with a primary responsibility to act as a visible deterrent to suspicious activity and theft. A Store Security Associate must demonstrate a high level of communication to store partners regarding suspicious activity, maintain a safe business environment, and provide strong customer service. The Store Security Associate will be primarily stationed at specific high shortage departments, entrances/exits, or wherever high customer traffic is present. The Store Security Associate will monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store, communicating any suspicious behavior to in store Asset Protection or the Remote Monitoring Center. The Store Security Associate will provide general store customer direction and positively communicate with customers as needed. The Store Security Associate will also perform other duties as assigned by Asset Protection. The Store Security Associate is primarily a customer service role and will not make apprehensions of suspected theft.
