The coordinator of Visual Merchandising operations is accountable to drive sales and profit for Belk. Serves as support to the Sr. Manager Visual Merchandising Manager Ops and Store Execution with a partnership to stores and the Visual Merchandising office. Support the Sr. Manager Visual ops in the communication of visual merchandising direction to stores and ensure consistent store execution with an emphasis on total company sales and margin growth areas. Collect all store specific info as needed.

•    Develop and maintain libraries of store specific information – floorplans, fixtures, photos, etc.
•    Develop and keep a photo library of store specific areas and visual presentations as needed.
•    Support the Sr. Manager Visual in Collaborating with SR.VMM’s/RVP’s on drawing floorplans for placement of all special buy/pop-up shops/Seasonal Flows and adjacencies/Holiday Shops as needed on strategies to improve execution and drive sales in these shops/areas
•    Assists with in store merchandising of prototype install set-ups and best practices. Photograph compelling examples as needed for reference in merchandising/visual directives and training materials.
•    Assists with updating seasonal flow and adjacency documents in partnership with SVMM, RVP’s & Stores. 
•    Provide exciting and innovative visual solutions that set Belk apart from the competition.
•    Travel stores monthly with SVMM Ops/Store Execution to evaluate success and identify opportunities in execution and communication.
•    Special projects and others as assigned by Sr. Visual Merchandising Manager Operations and Store Execution.

Minimum Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
• Specific Degree: Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design or related field
• Specific Training: In Store Visual experience and/or Corporate Visual Experience
• 3 or more years of in-store Visual Merchandising 
• 1 or more years using Sketch Up for renderings in a work environment
• Knowledge of store organization and workload
