Job Description
ABM eMobility and Infrastructure Team is searching for an experienced Sales Leader to direct a team of sales professionals focused on growing our design build electric vehicle (EV) projects and services business that will include the integration of renewables and energy storage for new and existing clients in the following segments including Aviation, Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing and High-Tech markets.
Essential Duties:
- Lead to and exceed sales/booking requirements
- Recruit, hire and retain sales professionals that exceed their personal sales plans
- Provide leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance and ethical behavior
- Leads sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives and removing those obstacles that impede progress
- Create a one team culture to increase the penetration of services into each client opportunity
- Plan, lead and conduct strategic account plans and target project reviews on a continuous basis aligning and involving all levels and functions of the organization
- Coach staff on the methodologies for performing research to qualify and develop their sales strategies using organization tools already developed
- Leverage CRM platform to accurately forecast short-term & long-term sales and focus sales team on key performance indicators to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of leadership within the organization as well as each industry group throughout the enterprise
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- US Travel (40%-60%)
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ year history of successfully leading a sales team
- The ability to communicate, counsel, and sell at all levels of the organization internally and externally
- Four-year degree, (MBA a plus)
- Evidence of experience leading leaders and integrating multiple lines of service in the service industry
- Must be able to demonstrate a complete understanding of a complex sales process from start to finish
- Must have strong written & oral communication skills, ability to effectively present to large audiences, and past success fostering relationship with clients
- Demonstrated understanding and success using and leveraging data from CRM platforms to elevate a sales organization (i.e. – Salesforce.com)
- Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
