Job Description:

We are looking for a VP of Marketing for Fidelity Labs.  In this role, your mission will be to drive awareness and generate demand for the new B2B software brands in the Fidelity Labs portfolio.  We’re actively working on several new ventures at various stages, and you will be responsible for the vision, strategy and plan to take these businesses into their next stages of growth and beyond. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• An innovator at heart, motivated by the opportunity to build and grow new brands.  You’ve built successful brands from the ground up before and are excited to do it again.

• Experience designing and implementing holistic marketing strategies for early-stage ventures, ideally at a technology, financial services, and/or B2B company.

• A strong collaborator who can partner with internal and external partners to design and deliver effective marketing campaigns: including asset and content development, channel strategy, optimization and measurement.

• Ability to drive and prioritize multiple workstreams that ladder up to a larger, cohesive marketing strategy for the overall Labs organization.

• A strong communicator, presenter and evangelist who can serve as a brand ambassador for Labs ventures at speaking engagements, industry conferences or webinars.

• A data-driven marketer who can surface insights from campaign results and optimize strategies to drive greater success.  Experience conducting pricing studies is a plus.

• Experience with cross-channel marketing programs – content, video/broadcast, digital, email/direct mail and social

• Experience driving marketing initiatives independently and building and leading a successful team of marketers over time.
