This person will be responsible for developing, integrating, and delivering strategic compensation programs for Workplace Investing & Healthcare organizations and will manage a team of compensation professionals.
The Experience and Skills you Bring
Bachelors degree with 10+ years’ experience; enterprise and executive compensation strategy and design experience required
Strong business acumen and to understand business strategies, objectives, and key performance metrics.
Shown management experience
Working with market data and compensation survey vendors
Leading compensation governance bodies and processes
Designing and implementing sales plans across multiple products and levels
Successful history navigating within a large organization
Experience in successfully balancing multiple projects and deadlines
Positive relationship management, consulting and influencing skills
Strong collaborator and can work effectively in a matrixed environment
Excellent communication skills to get along with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
Ability to translate and represent business needs
Strategic problem solver with the ability to be creative as well as execute
Develop and manage a team
Ability to communicate sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
Ensuring compensation programs attract, engage and retain talent
Bring creativity to thinking about new ways of aligning our pay programs to the changing workplace needs
Provide guidance and consultation regarding the effective use and administration of compensation programs.
Partner with team members to build models to assist in the development of programs
Work with other HR teams to develop cohesive programs including Talent acquisition, Performance Management, and Workforce planning teams
Provide regular updates to the function on progress as well as develop Executive level presentations for formal updates
The Team
The Head of Compensation Strategy for Fidelity’s Retirement and Healthcare organizations will be a member of the overall Fidelity compensation leadership team. This team is responsible for evolving and enhancing the Fidelity compensation strategy.
