FFIO provides accounting and investment management support services for Fidelity mutual funds and other retail and institutional investment products. These services include calculating and distributing NAVs, distribution rates and yields for a wide variety of investment products; preparing fund financial statements, dividend estimates and tax returns; monitoring delivery of fund trades to custodian banks; processing corporate actions; collecting securities income on behalf of the funds; reconciling, reporting and moving money in support of fund shareholder transactions; and managing fund liquidity.  You will also work across the Risk team and FFIO to support risk management activities related to the end-to-end process for these new investment types.

The Expertise You Have

• 15+ years of Risk Management, Audit and/or Investment Operations experience
• Experience developing, implementing and leading risk management or operational activities across complex financial services organizations
• Ability to help drive and foster a strong risk management mindset within the business
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high performing teams and develop associates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to business leaders
• Bachelors’ Degree and Certified Public Accounting certification (CPA) preferred

• Experience evaluating operational, financial, technology, compliance and reputational risks and helping the business develop solutions to mitigate areas of risk

• Understanding of complex middle and back-office investment operations a plus
