Joining our professional, personable team in our Bedworth Heath Road practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

The role works to a 4-day week rota with 1 in 3 Saturdays however part time and flexible working requirements will also be considered to suit your individual needs.

Salary & Benefits:
Up to £66,469 per annum full time salary package depending on experience, to include:
-Basic salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
-Accommodation allowance £6,600 per annum
-Vehicle or £2,500 vehicle allowance per annum
-£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave per annum
-VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
-5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays per annum

Branch:
Bedworth is conveniently situated centrally in the country with fantastic commuter routes onto the major motorway networks. It is close to the United Kingdom’s second biggest city, Birmingham, while at the same time offering easy access to the beautiful countryside and historic towns like Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick.

Our spacious branch has been refurbished to provide excellent well-equipped facilities including separate dog, cat and isolation wards, large spacious prep area, large theatre, 3 consulting rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound and dental x-ray. You will be exposed to a varied and interesting caseload in our state-of-the-art clinic.

Our caring local practice is committed to providing the very highest standard of veterinary care. The branch is led by our experienced Clinical Director Aisling, who has completed a postgraduate certificate in dermatology and holds a special interest in dermatology, dentistry, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. You will be fully supported by a nursing team of 3 and 2 receptionists.
