We are currently looking for a Veterinary surgeon to join our team to cover a maternity leave on a fixed term contract of 9-12 months. Happy to consider full or part-time applicants. Warrington is a busy and ever- growing practice therefore there is the potential for the appointment to become permanent at the end of the fixed term contract.

What we offer
The Vet Warrington offers a great work life balance and a chance to work within our professional and up to date clinic. You will work alongside our supportive and friendly team which includes our Clinical Director, 3 vets, Head Nurse, 5 RVN’s, 1 VCA and 4 receptionists. You will be supported to develop your skills with the opportunity to progress. Full time Veterinary surgeons work a 4- day working week, with 8.5 hour days plus 1:4 weekends. Average hours equate to 37 hours per week.

Who we need
Experience 2+ years minimum. An enthusiastic small animal vet who is passionate about the provision of high quality service to patients and clients. You will be a key participant in the running of our dynamic and forward thinking clinic, supporting the Head Vet and the rest of the veterinary team. You are keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience and are an excellent communicator, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets’ welfare is just as important as providing high quality treatment.
