We are looking for a personable veterinary surgeon to join our friendly and busy team in Hatfield Vets4Pets!

You will be joining a supportive team with a loyal client base and excellent local reputation.

Our practice is based inside a busy Pets at Home Store and is purpose built to industry leading standards and offers digital X-ray, a bright and spacious prep area, dedicated theatre, in house lab, separate dog, cat and isolation wards and 3 consult rooms. 

You'll be joining a team of 2 Vets, 1 Nurse, a Practice Manager, and a small team of support colleagues. We all share a love of pets and a common goal of providing the highest standards of healthcare for patients and clients alike, as well as providing a supportive working environment to each of our colleagues.

As the ideal candidate to join our team, you will be passionate about providing excellent patient care, confident with routine surgery and medicine and comfortable with small furries. You will recognise the importance of building strong, trusted relationships with patients and clients and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. 

This is a full time position which will include weekends on a rota basis to cover maternity leave. Weekday shifts are variable and Saturdays are 9-5:30pm & Sundays 10-3:30pm. There is no OOHs responsibility with this role but there will be an element of sole charge with support from the nursing team.
