- Incubate (Train) and Educate every new seller who signs up on the Daraz platform about the systems, process
and best practices.
- Understand the interest, capability and capacity of the seller.
- Once seller has reached the end of his incubation period, make a decision based on qualitative and quantitative data
to appropriately categorize sellers into Key or Non-Key Accounts.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and identify performance improvement opportunity for sellers.
- Manager extremely complex activities, board scope and long implementation.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: O/L and A/L / Diploma or Following a Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Good Marketing and Presentation skills.
- Prior experience in relevant field would be an advantage.
- Willing to take part and travel out for seller campaign activities and programs.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
- Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated.
