The Vending Team Supervisor position will cover all areas noted along with any maintenance to the building/campus as needed.  This position will be the expert on all aspects of Bottle Works, vending, fountains, and Freestyle machines to perform all PMs and repairs. Frequent guest interaction ensure guests are greeted and assisted as needed. The position will support into the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for supervision of the vending and Bottleworks operations at the World of Coca-Cola. 

Supervisory:

Demonstrate leadership by being a positive, proactive and inclusive role model fostering unity and focus toward team goals

Provide management of daily activities of the Vending Team including team meetings, work assignments and support

Monitor staff performance, adherence to dress code, safety procedures and code of conduct

Formulate, post and/or distribute weekly team schedules ensuring proper weekend and holiday rotations

Partner with and provide feedback to Facilities Manager for Vending Team annual evaluations

Encourage team participation in Performance Enablement for continuous improvement

Formulate equipment maintenance schedules and SOP’s

Coordinate with operations teams for special activations, events and requests

Develop team capabilities through mentoring, hands on training and assignment of online and offsite training

Responsibilities:

Inventory management and reconciliation, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.  

Provide front line customer service on a highly visible stage with internal and external customers.

Must be self-motivated and work with little to no supervision. 

Must be able to pass MVR and operate vehicle and forklift.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule – weekend coverage and rotational schedules when required.

Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.

Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

Operator must comply and adhere to The Coca-Cola Company vehicle policy.

Support evening, private events program.

Operator must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.

Operator must pass DMV background check annually

Operate company computers and appropriate software

Maintenance:

Troubleshooting problems with equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment and operating systems.

Maintain and inspect the Bottleworks equipment and ensure it is in satisfactory condition (e.g., clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routing, maintain conveyor belts, hook up and load/unload materials, clean work areas) according to company policies and procedures in order to assure positive experience for World of Coca-Cola guests.

 Inventory Control

Perform weekly forecasts of critical supplies and products based on usage. 

Maintain supplier/delivery paperwork

Maintain BIB room/Pavilion/Base Camp/Taste It/Loading dock organization and maintenance

Check product levels, dates, and rotate using FIFO (first in first out) dates in vending machines and coolers on campus.

Participate in the receiving process (snacks/product)

Able to complete comprehensive inventory counts

Communicate shortages/out-of-stocks

Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Safety:

Comply with all Company policies and procedures to include:  safety rules and regulations, recognizing hazards and taking reasonable and appropriate action to report and or resolve.

Safely operate forklift and Pallet jack 

Safely follow the pick-up and delivery process – Truck Operation  

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma with Technical or trade school industrial maintenance degree a plus

Must have a valid Georgia Drivers’ License and successfully pass the following requirements: credit, MVR, physical and drug screen

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams

Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively, with reasonable accommodation

Ability to work flexible shifts hours both day and evenings, 7 days per week, and alternate holidays.

Basic operating of a computer to include basic excel knowledge, sending emails, typing word documents

Able to work in hot and cold temperatures

5 years’ experience or more maintaining vending machines, fountain equipment, bottle filling lines, Freestyle machines and general warehouse experience

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with individuals contacted in the course of work including outside vendors, contractors, or suppliers.
