We currently have an opening for Full Time Vehicle Delivery Technician at National/Alamo at the Denver International Airport location!

The Vehicle Delivery Technician will work outside in all elements of the weather performing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for all incoming new and used car arrivals, handle license plate installs, inspect and process deletes with Final Check In, and assist with other basic Vehicle Acquisition administrative functions.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, able to work well independently and with others, and can thrive in a fast-paced business environment and is willing to embrace technology.

This position is Full Time, working 40 hours a week

The starting pay is $17.00 /hour

Responsibilities

Assist with the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) process for new & used vehicles:

Inspect, install, and organize purchased vehicles

Complete damage inspections and fill out appropriate paperwork for each vehicle

Attach VIN labels, key tags, license plates and vehicle accessories such as antennas, brackets, hubcaps, etc.

Remove protective wrapping from vehicle and prepare for first rental

Locate, inspect, and delete activated pull units using Final Check In

Identify, inspect, and organize vehicles to be transferred out of Region D

Act as main point of contact for EHI drivers and delivery drivers; provide clear instructions on where to pick up and drop off vehicles

Monitor Electric Vehicle charging stations and cycle out vehicles when necessary

Assist with daytime lot inventory; audit ready lines and overflow lots for vehicles with holds

Be able to perform work requiring light to moderate physical effort, which requires handling of objects up to 30 pounds, with substantial standing and walking required

Be able to perform work primarily outdoors in all types of weather and temperatures

Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid Driver's license

Must not have more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be willing to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions

Must be willing to accept the starting wage of $17.00/hour
