Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma with 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing leadership
• 6 years total business experience within manufacturing leadership
• Thorough technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, controls and consumer products. 
• Good written and oral communications skills. 
• Ability to develop, communicate, and lead a broad team to deliver a strategy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• 5+ years people managerial experience with teams greater than 25 associates, direct and indirect
• 5+ years’ experience with using Lean tools and methodologies and TPM
• Knowledge and experience with associate relations, associate development and team building
• CPG experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop strategies to ensure that their Value Stream supports and delivers the overall site strategy
• Staff and manage the Value Stream with a labor budgets ranging from $10-15M.  This may include Temporary Staff resources
• Drive operating rate improvements using teams, MSE, and Lean tools and methods
• Determine strategy to optimally achieve brand innovations, production schedule and pack mix
• Recognize and develop talent with their teams through special assignments and projects
• Manage their overall Value Stream costs through proper planning and delivery of a budget between $20-25M
• Deliver Quality and Food Safe products through Standard Work
• Act as a steward for brands worth $300 M in Net Sales Value Annually
