The Data & Analytics UX/UI team is looking to hire an individual who is prepared to act as a leader of UX methodologies. The scope of this role is to enable UX capabilities across our Data & Analytics space and across the company. UX/UI Managers work across several digital products and teams to assist in implementing the UX framework. This means working to uncover and understand employee behaviors, needs, and motivations using internal digital products. Specifically, this means to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, to design and execute UX research & design plans. This may include managing external UX Teams involved in product development.

Job Qualifications Required

Strong leadership skills and thought leadership, ideally a proven track record of leadership and success. Ability to propose a path forward based on the body of evidence or defining what information to seek next to drive decisions. Acting as an owner and organizer of the work.

Experience in implementing UX framework end-to-end on a digital product.

Ability to define requirements and provide direction to teams.

Ability to manage and provide direction to UX Designers, UX Researchers, and UI Designers.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of methodology matching and a familiarity with usability testing tools, methods and metrics.

Proficient in Figma (or similar tool)

Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Computer Interaction, or related field. Relevant certifications: NN/g, Design Thinking, or similar.

Job Qualifications Preferred

2+ years applied and demonstrated experience leading the planning and execution of UX framework.

Graphic design experience.

Experience working with agile/scrum teams.

Experience working data dashboards & visualizations.
