Job Description


What will you be doing?   

 As an experienced UX/UI designer you will join the eCommerce team within the Digital Experience Chapter, working within our team of eCommerce focused UI/UX designers, your day-to-day activities will include creating exciting user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes, and liaising with our research department to validate proposed solutions with users.  

  

 

Who are we looking for?    

  • You will be creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.  
  • You will need to be passionate about developing strategies derived from insight, with the mastery of your craft to turn these into products (both interactions and visuals) adhering to user-centred design principles.  
  • You will need to be capable of working within Agile multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver user-interface designs and eCommerce journeys   
  • You will need to be constantly be looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for multi-variant testing.  
  • You will need to be confident in liaising with our technology colleagues to get the most out of our capabilities to deliver effective experiences.   
  • You will need to be an excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints when designing to produce a balance between feasible, viable and desirable experiences.   
  • You will need to act as a leader in building relationships with stakeholders from various disciplines and influencing others, as we well as providing mentorship to the junior members within the wider team.
