What will you be doing? 
As a UX/UI designer, you’ll be responsible for planning and designing effective digital experiences following user centred design principles for our customers. You will be part of a new cross-functional agile squad focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation, using data to experiment with ways to provide our customers with the best possible experience. 

 
You’ll work closely with a wide range of colleagues including Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Scrum Masters and Change Managers to understand and interpret requirements, identify opportunities, and create compelling and intuitive online journeys that are technically feasible and adhere to Vodafone’s design system.

Your day-to-day activities will include running A/B tests, creating user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes, and liaising with our research department to validate proposed solutions with users.

Who are we looking for?  

• You’ll be passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences - We'd love to see your portfolio! 
• You'll have commercial experience working as a UX/UI Designer 
• You’ll be an excellent problem-solver
• You’ll have experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma etc.
• You can work cross-collaboratively to understand and interpret requirements
• Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing would be a plus
