As a UX Researcher you will be at the core of everything the Product Design team does at BA, from initiating conversations at the inception of projects, running workshops and design sprints to usability testing. You will be comfortable thinking and working within both quantitatively and qualitative research, enjoy working closely with Design and Product and be a problem solver at heart.
