We’re looking for an experienced UX designer with an eye toward customer needs and data insights. You'll work with multiple teams and disciplines in a positive atmosphere that encourages continuous collaboration. In this role, you'll drive design projects from conception to implementation and maintain a continuous dialog with customers along the way.   

Responsibilities

As a designer in the Partner and Seller design team, you will:   

  • Deliver outcomes by creating customer-centric designs.   
  • Balance evolving business goals and implementation realities.   
  • Produce flows, storyboards, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and other artifacts.   
  • Participate in design brainstorming, reviews, and working sessions with an agile, multi-disciplinary team.   
  • Communicate, collaborate, and build consensus around experience architecture and interaction design direction.   
  • Build useful, accessible, and clear designs that perform well.   
  • Work closely with program managers, user researchers, and engineers to coordinate usability and A/B testing efforts, interpret results, and incorporate insights into the design.   
  • Partner with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision.   
  • Always be learning and prepared to share new learnings that encourage pushing the envelope for interactions and experiences.   

Qualifications

  • BA/BDes/MDes in design, human computer interaction or related degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience shipping products in a product/software environment. 
  • Proven experience in designing complex workflows from the conception and ideation phase through to delivery. 
  • Experience designing business productivity applications, tools, or websites (dashboards, workflows, management UI etc.). 
  • Experience in developing and conducting a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research, contextual inquiries, guided explorations, and usability/accessibility testing or working closely with a research team. 
  • An online portfolio demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions (sketch, storyboard, final designs to live experiences). 
  • Awareness of current and emerging trends in UX design.   
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Balsamiq or similar tools and modern web development techniques.
