Roles and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the planning and scheduling of work orders, as well as receiving incoming work order requests and processing and assigning these requests in a timely manner and in compliance with all client requirements.

The position  works closely with the entire Technical Support Team and technical staff to ensure that all work done at the site by work orders is safely and properly input, scheduled, and closed out to meet all contracted performance requirements.

Be proficient in and perform work as needed to include, but not limited to: CMMS data entry and management; preventative maintenance scheduling; corrective maintenance and general maintenance planning and coordination; using maintenance libraries; visit job sites for work order clarification; confer with work order requestors as required; review and prioritize work for the team.

Review work order activity and follow up with the staff, client or vendors as required.

Identify safety hazards as part of the planning and work order process and assist in the incorporation of remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building’s staff and occupants work in a safe environment. Implement, administer, and manage safety training program for staff

Responsible for alerting management of any safety concerns.

Responsible for ensuring that projects performed at the building are properly planned, executed and closed out in accordance with standard industry practices.

Assist the Coordinator in maintaining all infrastructure and compliance documentation for the building and equipment including up-to-date drawings and single-lines as well as documentation mandated for the purpose of maintaining regulatory compliance with Federal, State or Local law.

Responsible for ensuring Data Integrity of all work order information.

Assist the Coordinator in providing weekly, monthly, annual, and special projects reporting as required.

Ensure quality requirements for maintenance service(s) are met for equipment.

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.

Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and MS Project

Knowledge of building systems.

Some familiarity of Planning & Scheduling methodologies.

Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and master new skill sets quickly.

SAP or other CMMS knowledge is helpful
