Principal Accountabilities:

• Operating and maintaining a dynamic and continuous process flow
• Maintaining the facility to exceed regulatory and customer requirements
• Conducting efficiency tests and collecting/analyzing product samples
• Interfacing with customers and carriers of our products
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Compliance to environmental, health and food safety requirements
• Learning and utilizing computer systems and new technology
• Performing minor maintenance
• Developing and participating in individual/group skill development training
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned​​​​

Required Qualifications:

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old
• Must be able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting
• Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Must be able to operate machinery and heavy equipment
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
