An excellent opportunity for an experienced Utilities Surveyor to join our team in East Grinstead.

We are looking for an individual with ideally minimum 2 years experience in a utility surveyor role and possesses excellent knowledge and experience of underground utility tracing using EM methods with equipment such as RD8000 or equivalent

We are seeking individuals with extensive Utility Surveying experience to support the continued expansion of Utilities business area.

The role is predominantly field based covering the South East and the surrounding areas conducting surveys in line with client specifications, conducting data reports and analysis and providing reports to key clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Underground Utility survey project tasks.
• Review job specifications and plan fieldwork methods, and accurately observe, calculate and record field data.
• Advising on projects and clients in appropriate solutions.
• Utilities Mapping
• Survey Briefs

What we’re looking for:

• Appropriate qualification in the field of Land Surveying
• Professional Membership of a relevant Chartered Institution
• Extensive experience in Underground Utility Surveying, including PAS128 and GPR post processing
• Work without direct day-to-day supervision and make technical and supervisory decisions for projects assigned within specified limits of authority.
• Experience advising project teams and clients in appropriate solutions.
• A full UK driving license
• CSCS Card
• It is desirable but not essential that you also have some or all of the following:
• Ability to use CAD software
• Ability to use Microsoft Word
• ProQual (NVQ) Level 3
