Job Description

Position Summary

This position will collaborate with other analysts and developers to focus on data analysis, data visualizations, and content design. Individual should have knowledge of User Experience (UX) best practices and a proficiency with analyzing data and presenting that data through visualizations that clearly highlight the information for our customers. Individual should develop and maintain effective relationships with all Control Center partners: Information Technology, Sales & Account Management, and all application teams that will be using Control Center. Team and employee development will be a critical component of this position.

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Essential Functions

  • Create new content for Control Center, including data visualizations, supporting documentation, job aids, and other business documents.
  • Participate in UX design and prototyping sessions to develop wireframes for feature development.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment and liaison with team members to effectively communicate business requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and document business requirements in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Test application features in a QA environment and document observations for our IT partners to address.
  • Test features during Production releases to verify accuracy and ensure content is defect free.
  • Document and maintain project plans to effectively manage expectations internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales & Account Management, IT, and other application teams.
  • Provide relevant reporting to team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3-5 years of experience.
  • Analytical, highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Passionate and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, and motivated to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word (knowledge of JIRA a plus).
  • Leadership experience a plus.
  • Ability to work off-hours when necessary to support production releases.

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
