Responsibilities:

• Participate in various design projects from concept to completion
• Produce wireframes and hi-fi prototypes
• Produce engaging final design solutions (e.g. logos, banners, branding guides)
• Pitch creative ideas to your Lead
• Redesign existing user interfaces for improved usability
• Perform UX heuristics and otherwise identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Review design implementations and collaborate with development teams to make the closest representation of the designs
• Illustrate design ideas using flow charts and sketches
• Design custom icons where needed
• Build flexible components
• Conduct good file and task management
• Follow company standard procedures and routines.
• Use feedback from your Lead, peer designers, and other team members to improve and extend your knowledge

Requirements:

• Full command of Figma and Figjam
• Component and library management
• Interactive Prototyping
• At least 18 months of work experience
• Portfolio or work examples
• Must include wireframes and hi-fi prototypes
• Have a good understanding of design core concepts
• A keen eye for detail
• Basic image editing skills
• Team spirit; strong communication skills (to collaborate with other designers and engage in stakeholder meetings)
• Proficient in English
• Good time-management skills
• Open to a multicultural working environment
