US REGULATORY MANAGER FOR PG VENTURES

Motivated individual to join the PG Ventures Global Product Stewardship organization as US/FIFRA Regulatory Affairs Manager. The primary role is to assess new to P&G product innovation and develop creative regulatory strategies in support of fast cycle learning. The individual will also successfully lead and advance go-to-market regulatory strategies in support of current PGV business and innovative new products.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• BS/MS in Life Science/Chemistry or equivalent.

Experience with EPA regulations or strong willingness to learn complex regulatory landscape.

Excellent communication skills are needed to convey GPS positions clearly and explain complex technical issues in a manner suitable to a variety of internal customers. The individual needs to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with a variety of partners.

The individual in this role must be able to independently formulate logical and data-based regulatory positions and manage questions in real time or discern when escalation is needed. Proactive and agile project leadership, issue management, trouble shooting and solution driving skills will contribute to success in this assignment.
