The University Relations PM partners closely with each assigned business unit to build a campus strategy to identify candidates on campus for full-time and intern demand, across functions including engineering, marketing, sales, data science, general business and supply chain.
In this role you will partner with each assigned business unit and stakeholders to validate full-time and intern demand and attend campus events when and where needed. You are responsible for developing a campus strategy for each business unit, solidifying campus events, providing timelines and resume bundles, managing recruitment compliance items, reviewing and submitting all intern and full-time offers, and incorporate referrals/candidates of interest from Avature app.

Key Responsibilities
Provides school data and demographics along with recommendations to develop a campus recruiting strategy to meet the BU's UR demand
Partners with UR programs including Changing the Face of Tech to develop a robust recruiting strategy across our programs and CFT core schools
Confirms accuracy of req grade and comp structure based on each candidate, and partners with Candidate Care Team to deliver offers, answer candidate questions and respond to offer negotiations.
Dispositions candidates from interview feedback on campus
Manages offers, start dates, questions and decline feedback from candidates up until their official start date as an intern or full time hire
Leads quarterly (or seasonal) QBR sessions with the business to provide feedback on Fall and Spring recruiting, lessons learned, and metrics
Essential Requirements
Strong influencing, analytical and communication skills
Able to work and partner with different business units and levels of leadership
Familiar with Avature and Workday
Familiar with Dell's University Relations program and process
Knowledge of Dell's offer and onboarding process
