The North America UR team, with team members across the US is excited to add a Campus Engagement Coordinator to the team! The Campus Engagement Coordinator will align with our UR Program Managers (PM), Campus Managers and Business stakeholders to support planning, strategy & logistics of campus events. Additionally, the Engagement Coordinator will act the primary point of contact with assigned core schools to enhance and maintain relationships
You will:
Partner with PM’s and Campus Managers to help develop campus strategies: research schools, events, clubs, career fairs, help plan treks, callbacks and sell Dell days
Collaborate with PM’s and Campus Managers on event logistics: save-the-dates, create itineraries, catering, logistics, etc.
Engage with Dell’s core schools: act as primary contact, prepare presentations, communicate pre/post season updates
Serve as liaison with our external logistics vendor for everything related to campus activities and ensure all events are scheduled and executed per Dell specifications
Partners with Intern Program PM by attending and engaging in local summer intern activities.
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
Phenomenal organization skills in order to track detailed information on candidates and events.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders and drive meetings with the business.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
Some travel required based on campus events.
Opportunity to work from home with ability to attend events at the local Dell office.
