What will you be doing?   

• Set the market exploitation strategy for the chosen products.
• Setting and agreeing volumes targets with Sales Channels and Finance via Business cases.
• Manage the Capex and Opex Budget for segment.
• Ensure that the product refreshes meet the required profitability levels
• Ensure communication flows with internal stakeholders are consistent and refreshed on an ongoing basis.   
• Formulate and agree a programme of Product refreshes and complete the necessary analysis to present to the Business for appropriate sign highlighting key risks and opportunities and actions to mitigate.
• Qualification and oversight of new sales opportunities or product initiatives for UC solutions

Who are we looking for?  

• Experience in a Product function within Telecoms
• High level of cross functional stakeholder engagement – up to CXX level
• Solid grounding in IT and Telecoms technologies – especially Cloud UC, Collaboration tools and Digital
• Innovative and Agile approach to Product Development
• Experience of UK Business Collaboration and UC market.
