Job Purpose and Impact
The Truvia Product Line Manager will lead medium level of commercial impact for an organization spanning multiple countries or multiple regions within a large geography with a varied portfolio of products and customers. In this role you will be responsible for setting the growth strategy for the category and brand, leading, advising and making decisions with a medium to long term outlook. We seek a multifaceted consumer packaged goods leader to collaborate with our global teams to build and execute innovative programs that will have significant financial impact, driving the growth agenda of the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and utilize your best-in-class commercial intelligence and insights to ensure customer and consumer intimacy via direct relationships with target customers in selected categories.
- Lead team to develop best-in-class consumer and customer strategies that will drive achievement of business goals globally.
- Work through our category and brand core team, and their functional, regional network to translate the category and brand strategy into a well-adapted go to market plan with clear ownership for delivering key growth initiatives, building capabilities, and delivering enhanced value propositions.
- Provide thought leadership, develop, and recommend growth strategy for the category and brand.
- Establish and lead a virtual global category and brand team to develop and deploy a go to market plan with well-adapted execution of a portfolio of growth initiatives by inspiring and handling performance to achieve targets.
- Lead, shape and develop the innovation pipeline and program within the category and collaborate with research and development to deliver successful outcomes. Lead or participate in other business development and strategy projects as required.
- Identify and develop business case for building the necessary capabilities to deliver the future value proposition.
- Responsible for overall growth (volume and margin growth) of the global category and brand.
- Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of five years of consumer packaged goods experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Master of Business Administration or other post-secondary degree.
- Validated ability to deliver business results through matrix, virtual, and geographically diverse teams.
- Confirmed ability to motivate change in complex organization with conflicting priorities.
- Business experience, preferably in commercial, business development, or strategic marketing.
- Experience of developing and delivering full marketing and sales plans from strategic to operational elements and commercializing new products and solutions.
