Job Purpose and Impact

The Truvia Product Line Advisor will independently design and implement a comprehensive strategy and day to day activities that add value to the Truvia® Consumer Brands Product Line. We seek a multifaceted professional to provide leadership direction to cross functional team members, portfolio and project management, identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, developing business cases for the global business.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams to align activities with business strategy and goals.
• Lead global product line Porfolio Project Management activities including lead coordination of product introductions and updates.
• Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify business optimization opportunitiesto improve current features and functionality.
• Coordinate program planning with the product lineto independently identify supply chain network, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
• Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish strategic and financial goals.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Advanced fluency in English both verbal and written
• Ability to travel up to 20% for business internationally
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters of Business Administration
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
• Proven experience optimizing supply chain
• International experience, ideally including overseas manufacturing and distribution
