The Trusted Advisor is a highly visible role with significant responsibilities and strong development potential. It requires a strong penchant for servant leadership and is best suited to individuals who enjoy creating a delightful experience for others. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to interact and form relationships with the most senior leaders of P&G. The trusted advisor also has significant Service Management responsibilities to include managing and evolving team specific tools in ServiceNow, team dashboard, and analytics, providing feedback to key GBS and IT services, as well as the communications to Executives and their assistants. The successful candidate for this role will be able to excel in daily interaction with top officers in the company and their executive assistants with empathy and confidentiality. You will manage support of Global Business Services (GBS) services and build a level of trust to enable more strategic business transformation opportunities. You must have the ability to troubleshoot basic IT and other issues and raise to the appropriate GBS resources. For more complex issues, you are the owner of the issue to the completion. There may be some travel involved in the Cincinnati area. On rare occasions you will need to be ready to help 24X7 as the executive demands.

Qualifications

Polished, very strong written and oral communications skills.

Provide basic IT trouble shooting and support and ability to quickly learn new technology (PC, Mac, Mobility, Meetings, Video, company systems).

Experience in employee and GBS tools/solutions is a plus.

Own the application management tool which includes ability to work contract issues, interact with the business owner, and manage the vendor. Conduct risk and information security assessment and annual updates to the corporate IT architecture application database.
