We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Advisory Product Specialist, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. Role purpose To work as part of a team dedicated to the review and negotiation of documentation related to new and existing corporate trust transactions on behalf of trustee, security trustee, paying agent, fiscal agent, cash manager, account bank, custodian, escrow agent, calculation agent. The role will require on-boarding of new transactions; liaising with arrangers / dealers, external counsel and internal Group Legal where required as well as working closely with Client Services.
