The Cox Enterprises Treasury Department is looking for a Treasury Capital Markets Manager who will be accountable for providing analytical support related to the Company’s capital needs and debt management.  The successful candidate will prepare various internal and external financial reports and presentations and will also participate in meetings with relationship banks and credit rating agencies.  This position reports to the Senior Manager, Treasury Capital Markets.  In particular, the Treasury Capital Markets Manager will be accountable for: 

Analysis

Owns development and maintenance of monthly Capital Markets dashboard. Responsibilities include debt modeling and tracking.

Corporate debt subject matter expert to financial planning and analysis, business development and strategy and financial reporting departments. Includes partnering with each for leverage modeling, financing strategy and reporting.

Cost saving or profit generating opportunity recommendations.

Tracking, Reporting and Presentations

Data sourcing and review for quarterly financial reporting.

Plays significant role in developing presentations for ABS investors, bond investors, rating agencies, banks and senior management. May participate in those presentations.

Manages bond investor website including approving access requests from third parties and posting quarterly financial information.

Assists in compiling information for quarterly Fixed Income Investor letter

Transaction Management

Assists credit agreement maintenance and amendments.

Supports in private placement and term note debt issuances as company need arises

Assists in securitization transactions in both term and bank market

Owns interest rate swap management and reporting

Other

Bloomberg subject matter expert for Capital Markets.

Oversees and coordinates activities of Executive Assistant in compilation and distribution of debt compliance packages.

Additional projects and duties as assigned.

Cross functional work on Treasury Operations projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required; MBA preferred; CFA / CPA / CTP designations a plus

Knowledge of financial analysis, general accounting, and budgeting

Five + years of relevant experience

Proven proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting

Strong communication skills (presentations, written and verbal)

Time management and organizational skills

Software applications proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg)

Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact successfully with all management levels
