Treasury Analyst, Chicago, Illinois

This is an exempt level position.


Position Summary:
The primary role of this position will be to assist with the daily client cash transactions for ADMIS.  This position requires interaction with various ADMIS departments including Accounting, Compliance, Risk and Operations.  The position will also interact with ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers.  The position reports to the Treasurer.

Job Responsibilities:    
•    Participate in the review and / or processing of all client transactions:
o    Check Deposits
o    Issuing Checks
o    Wire/ACH initiation and upload to bank software
o    Posting incoming wires or ACH payments
•    Confirm and set up client wire and ACH instructions
•    Assist with Foreign Exchange operations
•    Participate in ADMIS global projects and execution of automation initiatives

Job Requirements:
•    Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

•    Able to communicate in oral and written form with all levels of the organization 
•    Experience in a collaborative culturally diverse and inclusive environment 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
•    2+ years of experience in a treasury or finance role
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills
•    Experience with online banking systems
•    Experience in futures industry
