Who are you?

You have a passion for travel and with your positive attitude, a team spirit and sense of initiative you are a real added value for the team.

You have at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry.

Your language skills will come in handy because you have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.

You work fluently with MS office, Outlook and the internet and you have good knowledge or experience in working via GDS (Amadeus & Sabre).

You always think from a solution and customer-oriented approach, you are stress resistant, commercial and hands-on.

• What are you going to do?

You are responsible for elaborating different types of trips from A to Z! You are the fixed point of contact for customers from the moment of request to invoicing.

You enjoy looking up the right travel information, comparing different databases and advising our customers on the best travel routes in function of their wishes and needs.

You offer the necessary support and advice in case the travel plans change, are canceled or there are other questions. For this you work closely with the Operational Manager and the Commercial team.

Your passion for the profession ensures that you are always on site to keep abreast of the trends in the travel market through various training courses, workshops and events of the airlines, suppliers, etc.
