RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Customer Service follow up on requests to the department.

• Track & Trace of Domestic & International shipments
•  Action expedite requests & provide updates on high priority shipments
• Facilitate communication of between operations and carriers for receipt of product
• Support Freight Audit & Pay process through timely resolution of invoice discrepancies
• Support of End of Month processing to ensure regulatory compliance
• Use analytics to support business decisions
• Provide project support as needed

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or closely related shipping experience. Knowledge of international shipping process & regulations preferred
• BS/BA in Business (or related field) required
• Lean Six Sigma Experience is a plus. Role will require candidate to participate in Mercury Green Belt certification program.
