PremierWork Support are excited to be recruiting for a permanent Transport Manager fora prestigious client based in Horley.

As a Transport Manager, you will be responsiblefor supervising and leading a team of 25+ vehicles / multi-drop drivers. Youwill also be responsible for the continuous improvement of Route/DriverOptimisation, responsible for overseeing drivers productivity, ensuring allrecords are kept in line with FORS Accreditation, oversee all vehicle recordsare current and accurate, regular fuel audits, collect and deliver product tosites, compiling drivers brief, performance assessments and KPI\'s.

You must have the ability to work under pressureand to deadlines, you must also have excellent communication and people skills.A strong understanding of London especially central post codes, and a goodunderstanding of the South East locations would be required. Strong customerservice skills and leadership skills are essential.

The ideal candidate would have 2 to 3 yearsexperience in this role. It would be desirable to have CPC and FORS andknowledge of routing software.

Salary is dependent and reflective of theexperience held.

Hours of work will consist of 9 hour shiftsbetween 08:00 - 17:00 with a 45 minute break. However the operation runs until19:00, so flexibility with hours will also be required.
