We are looking for a Transformation Innovation Manager located in Omaha, NB. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of R&D. 

In this role, you will be working with a dynamic team to break down current value streams to identify if technology advancements have created opportunities to evolve brands and businesses with how we manufacture and deliver products to consumers.  Bring your unwavering entrepreneurial spirit in a large corporate environment and a desire to push boundaries with a technical curiosity that thrives on change.

• Foster the technical advancement of initiatives across the R&D space and across all of our branded products.
• Develop talented technical individuals on the team.
• Work to influence leaders at the highest level of the company to take on bold transformational initiatives.
