We are seeking to recruit Transformation Project Managers to join our dynamic high performing team to support the delivery of our corporate ambitions.

You will work closely with services to deliver complex business and systems transformation projects across the Adult, Communities and Wellbeing and Children's Directorates. A knowledge of Adult and/or Children's Services and experience of working in these environments, whilst not essential would be advantageous.

As a Transformation Project Manager, you will define, develop and deliver key high impacting change projects. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale change and the transformation of services provided to residents and businesses across Daventry, Northampton and South Northamptonshire. We are keen to recruit highly experienced and skilled Project Managers with project/change management experience and qualifications. The successful candidates will be passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a solution focussed attitude. Candidates will also need to demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills including the ability to negotiate and influence to secure successful outcomes and build credibility.
