Job Description

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Work with the Transformation Director and change team to plan transformation communications to support Transformation in Public Service  

  • Provide transformation communications outputs to meet needs of Divisional communications channels 

  • Coordinate transformation communications in alignment to Capita Group transformation communications strategy 

  • Deliver communications events, decks, narratives, scripts and other assets to support leaders to cascade communications throughout the division 

  • Attend and contribute to all appropriate programme governance and team meetings 

  • Work with the programme team and change network to benchmark employee sentiment and engagement regarding transformation communications and create and implement a plan of action to address feedback 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Solid transformation communication experience 

  • Self starter comfortable working to plan, liaising with key stakeholders and delivering reliably 

  • Demonstrative experience delivering change comms in a large and complex business 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

  • Microsoft Teams, Teams Live, Poppulo and other communications channels experience beneficial 

  • Agile and the ability to work to tight deadlines 

  • Ability to take complex information and make it meaningful to all stakeholders
