We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Communications Lead to join our team. This role will provide strategic communications advice and delivery to support change communications to our 33,000 colleagues within the Capita Experience Division, UK & International.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating a single communications plan and narrative to communicate changes across the Customer Experience Division
• Leading communications for our Consult & Transform function
• Leading communications & engagement to support the launch and embedding of our refreshed strategy. Providing communications advice, planning and delivery, working with the programme team and sponsors and attending associated key meetings
• Working with HR to support organisational change and people plans
• Leading communications to help launch and embed new ways of working and the move to hybrid working
• Developing and delivering communications and channels specific to supporting business change
• Supporting communications for our Employee Value Proposition and culture programme
• Developing and leading a network of Change Champions
• Delivering events in support of transformation activities
• Developing and managing transformation communications and engagement budget

What we’re looking for:

• Experience of developing and managing internal communications in large customer facing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.
• Broad understanding of current and future communications and engagement tools and techniques.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to write for a variety of media.
• Experience of establishing and managing communication channels, including Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Excellent communications planning skills.
• Change and project communications experience
