Job Description :

Within the Fund Distribution Services department, the Transfer Agent is responsible for processing investors' subscription, redemption, transfer or conversion orders for fund units within the set deadlines.

He is also in charge of pre/advising promoters, placing orders with the target TA and processing the resulting financial flows.

As the privileged contact for clients and managers, the Transfer Agent must respond to their requests and ensure the resolution of payment or securities settlement incidents.

The main activities are, among others:

Verify and process subscription/redemption/transfer orders for fund units;

Place orders with target TAs;

Carry out 1st level operational controls;

Ensure NAV feedback from external counterparties;

Generate transaction confirmations to investors;

Generate notices and/or notices to managers;

Processing and monitoring of cash and securities suspense;

Preparation, filing and archiving of files.

Required profile :

You are a student in Commerce, Economics, Management or Applied Languages ​​(LEA).

Knowledge of the environment of investment funds is an asset.

You have an interest or you know the universe of investment funds, in particular transfer agent services and the flows that are generated.

Ability to work in a team, in a dynamic environment with daily deadlines.

You have a keen sense for customer relations.

You are an experienced user of IT tools (office pack).

Fluency in French and English

Education level: Bac +3

Professional experience: Less than 6 months
