ROLE OVERVIEW:

Working within the Merchandising department you will support the development, preparation, and delivery of a sustainable training program and content to support rapid business growth and change. Working collaboratively with the merchandising teams and relevant business areas you will input into the delivery of new and innovative learning solutions to provide consistent best practice and ways of working within merchandising and aid ongoing training and development for the individual and teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration and maintenance of training program material and process.
• Co-ordination and collation of training program content.
• Program tools and templates updates and upkeep.
• eLearning platform management and maintenance – (Program).
• Learning & Development and cross function communication, co-ordination, and diaries.
• Workshop support and content capture.
• Content formatting and alignment.
• Generic How to’s capture and documentation.
• Program content, analysis & document support.
• Group Merchandising Operations Training & Development, collaboration, and transition.
• General administration.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritise different activities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Buying and merchandising product lifecycle and activities would be advantageous but not essential.
