What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure outstanding relationships with the customer and within the WE training area.
• Use data, information and insight on the performance of individual establishment (including InVal and ExVal and third-party sources) to drive continuous improvement and learning across the RN WE training.
• Identify good/best practice across establishment and use this to inform and direct quality and improvement activities across the RN WE training.
• Establish and implement consistent and harmonised systems, processes and approaches to training delivery across RN establishment and delivery locations.
• Ensure KPI’s and SLAs are met or exceeded relating to the delivery and assessment of learning across RN training including simulated and synthetic programmes.
• Work collaboratively with Learning & Development, the Training Delivery staff to identify and support a personalised approach to learning and development – the learner journey - based on accurate assessments of the particular knowledge, skills and understanding that every trainee brings.

What we’re looking for:

• Able to obtain SC clearance.
• Experience in construction & presentation of degree level engineering essays.
• Experience in engineering systems to degree level or equivalent.
• Results oriented with ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
• Military experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with Mid-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and provide support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy.

About Project Selborne

Project Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training.  The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.  The consortia of partners known as Team Fisher includes Raytheon UK, Elbit Systems UK, Fujitsu and University of Lincoln together with 14 other UK-based suppliers.
